Self Review: Breaking Rules is Bad. Risk management is good.

I had a bad day hung on bias. Broke the VWAP directionality rules I set to prevent trading like that. Just needed a little humility. I still closed a green day with less than 20% winrate thanks to strong risk management and bet sizing.

5 Losses. 1 Win. Marginally profitable day.

This is a reminder to myself to follow my rules and continue to size for quality and follow good risk management practices. I’m a little run down from travelling and looking for places to move in Vancouver so not surprised to see some lapsing in decision making. Thankfully skill and experience are enough to pull it together and stay consistent, even in the worst stretches.
