Trading Journal: Focus – Eliminating Overtrading

My next focus is to eliminate over-trading. I’ve been trading a lot, entering a lot of trades following the market. I can go through periods where I focus on the markets a lot for a long time, and I take too many positions. My focus this week is to curb the trade count, and ensure the positions are all executed with precision, and weight. My profitability will go up if I can make fewer larger trades. I’ll wait for the setups, ensure I’ve entered in multiple orders for easy management, and ensure the positions are heavy!
