Trading Journal: Sleeping in and Small Scalps

I slept through market open (Pacific Timezone, need to take breaks from those 5:30am sessions!) So I took a couple small stabs tiered down. Nothing was A++, I just grabbed what I could. Account history from today:

Super clean, only green.

I took an entry on S&P (30 contracts) and a couple contracts on Nasdaq during NYSE lunch on a shift in VOLD. It was a good entry, but I wasn’t ready to hold it and was working so I just snapped the profit off quickly.

It would have been a good entry to hold as S&P went parabolic towards the end of the day, but I wasn’t feeling like getting sucked in. Small day, but profit is profit. I traded a small BTC short scalp on mean reversion. Quick scalp, not gonna fade the bull.

And similarly, one on S&P, small and fast:

That didn’t drop so I took profit straight away, and S&P rallied to yet-another-all-time-high after.
